Such a strong statement. I had this conversation tonight with someone dear to my heart. We all have a past, we pull the positive to the future and the negative becomes a learning experience.

WOW – such a strong statement. And it so true. We cannot move into the future by carrying the baggage from the past. We can learn from our past but should not dwell there.

I have been dealing with a pretty serious illness over the past 13 months. I’m almost healed (according to the doctor), but I find these past months defining my future inasmuch as there are life changes I must make, and I find myself fearing the future instead of embracing it and moving forward. Thank you for allowing me to share my feelings.
